Intellectual Property Ownership and Use Statement

All Terisys intellectual property associated with Terisys is the sole property of Chad Everett Harris. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Registered and unregistered trademarks, including the name Terisys, Terisys AI and any related logos, marks, or taglines.
• Domain names, including terisys.ai and related registrations.
• Websites, including design, code, and functionality.
• All written, graphic, and audiovisual content created for Terisys, including pitch decks, presentations, marketing materials, and documentation.
• Any confidential information, business models, strategies, and data developed by or for Terisys that qualify as trade secrets.

No license, assignment, transfer, or authorization has been granted to any third party to use, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit Terisys intellectual property unless expressly agreed to in writing by Chad Everett Harris.

Any unauthorized use is prohibited and may constitute infringement, misappropriation, or other unlawful activity under applicable intellectual property law.

All rights not expressly granted remain exclusively with Chad Everett Harris.
