Intellectual Property Ownership and Use Statement – Savrn

All intellectual property associated with Savrn is the sole property of Chad Everett Harris. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Registered and unregistered trademarks, including the name Savrn and any related logos, marks, or taglines.
• Domain names, including savrn.ai, savrn.com, and related registrations.
• Websites, including design, code, and functionality.
• All written, graphic, and audiovisual content created for Savrn, including pitch decks, presentations, marketing materials, and documentation.
• Any confidential information, business models, strategies, and data developed by or for Savrn that qualify as trade secrets.

No license, assignment, transfer, or authorization has been granted to any third party to use, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit Savrn intellectual property unless expressly agreed to in writing by Chad Everett Harris.

Any unauthorized use is prohibited and may constitute infringement, misappropriation, or other unlawful activity under applicable intellectual property law.

All rights not expressly granted remain exclusively with Chad Everett Harris.
